- To send beta testing invitations and related communications to registered applicants

All users of DOTG Online's community platforms — including Discord, Reddit, and any official forum — are expected to conduct themselves with respect and good faith. The following behaviors will result in immediate and permanent removal from all DOTG Online platforms:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Targeted harassment, threats, or intimidation of any individual
- Sharing private information about other users without their consent (doxxing)
- Impersonating Tigrik Gaming Studio staff, moderators, or other users
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious links or software
- Coordinated manipulation of community votes or discussions
We reserve the right to moderate content and ban users at our discretion. Moderation decisions are final. We do not operate a formal appeals process for community bans.
All content on the DOTG Online website and services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, artwork, class designs, race designs, lore, world names, and the DOTG Online name itself — is the exclusive property of Tigrik Gaming Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any DOTG Online content without explicit written permission
- Use DOTG Online branding, logos, or artwork in ways that suggest official affiliation without authorization
- Claim ownership over any DOTG Online intellectual property
Fan content exception: Non-commercial fan art, fan fiction, and creative works inspired by DOTG Online are welcomed and celebrated, provided they are clearly identified as fan-created and not presented as official content. Tigrik Gaming Studio reserves the right to share and feature fan content with attribution.
Beta access is provided for testing purposes only. By participating in the DOTG Online beta program, you agree to the following:
- NDA: You will not publicly disclose specific, unreleased beta content including screenshots, footage, or detailed game mechanics without written permission from Tigrik Gaming Studio
- No guarantees: Beta access does not guarantee continued access, a finished product, or any specific features. Content encountered in beta is subject to change or removal
- Progress wipe: Beta character progress, items, and currency will be wiped prior to the game's official launch. Cosmetic founder rewards are exempt from this wipe
- Feedback: Feedback submitted during beta may be used by Tigrik Gaming Studio without compensation or credit obligation, though we will always endeavor to acknowledge significant community contributions
- No transfer: Beta access is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share, or trade your beta access credentials
All donations made to DOTG Online through this website are voluntary contributions to independent game development. By donating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All donations are final and non-refundable. Contributions are not purchases and carry no contractual obligation to deliver a specific product or feature
- Tier rewards (cosmetics, access, recognition) are provided in good faith and are subject to change based on development needs. We will always endeavor to deliver promised rewards
- Donations do not constitute a financial investment and carry no equity or ownership interest in Tigrik Gaming Studio
- Donor names may be displayed publicly on the Supporter Wall unless you request otherwise
- In the unlikely event that DOTG Online development permanently ceases, donated funds will have been expended on development and cannot be recovered or refunded
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tigrik Gaming Studio does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tigrik Gaming Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or dissatisfaction with beta content.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any DOTG Online service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to the community.
You may terminate your own participation at any time by ceasing to use our Services and requesting deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any donations made.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tigrik Gaming Studio is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tigrik Gaming Studio regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject.
