Danny has over 23 years of experience in the software and gaming industry. Learning programming from the tender age of 13, he has moved with technology since the mid-90s.

I love MMORPG's! How do I help with Testing?

So you want

to be a tester huh. Right now for testing our criteria is very lax, pretty much anyone can become a tester. All we as is that you will out the “Tester Form” Under “More” drop down.

When will your game be released?

This is a tricky question since this is a one-man development it could take a while. I guess the best answer is right now I do not have a completion ETA. But stick around and you will be the first to find out.

What is the premise of the game?

This answer will cover a bunch of things. Basically the game is Inspire by an Anime and set in a Fantasy world where Mythological Deities decided to mark certain individuals as their children. Making them descendants of the gods. This will not be just a Greek Mythology game. I want to pull from any known Mythology.

If you compaired this to other MMORPGs what would it be like?

So since I have played MMORPGs since back in the 90’s there will be a lot of influence from many of them. But I guess the ones it would closely resemble is Everquest and Everquest 2, with a hint of WoW and maybe some Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. There will be no twitch based combat, if that is your type of game I am sorry but I am going back Old school MMORPGs which will be a lot of grouping.
